Jotform 4.0 was built around the idea that making forms should be a breeze. The main goal was to create effortless forms anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
You may have seen the improvements we had back when we launched Jotform 3.0, but the new features in 4.0 are game-changing.
Mobile First
The entire Form Builder was built around a mobile-first design approach. In a nutshell, this design approach starts from the smallest screen and works its way up to a bigger screen. It is one of the best strategies to create responsive or adaptive designs. This allows users to create, edit, and publish online forms from any device. Jotform is the first online form builder compatible with all mobile devices.
Collaboration
It’s a real-time, seamless experience where multiple team members can simultaneously work on the same form. All changes are automatically uploaded, so you always edit the most current version.
New Designer
The Form Designer and Theme Store are now embedded directly within the Form Builder. Now, you can change your form theme and adjust design attributes without navigating to a different page. This lessens the back and forth and lets you do everything you need without leaving the Form Builder. Below are a few more improvements.
Offline Form Building
Continue editing a form even without internet access. All of your edits will automatically be uploaded once you return online. Note that this requires the browser to stay open while offline.
Smoother Drag and Drop
Dragging form fields have improved for a smoother experience, including between different pages in a single form.
Revision History
Users can view their revision history for any form and easily revert to a previous version with a single click.
Live / In-Page Preview
With this update, form previews now display in the same window in their full size and can be toggled on and off with a single click.
Continuous Save
After a change is made, the form automatically saves, eliminating the need to manually click a button each time. Users no longer have to worry about losing any edits.
Improved Pagination
Instead of adding a Page Break field to separate a form into multiple pages, users can now add new pages to their forms with a single click.
Improved Wizards
With the redesigned Payment, Widget, and other wizards, you can build a form in no time.

I lost one of my forms with over 90+ submissions. It just disappeared. Any way to get this back? I recreated the form, and can find the submissions in my email. But it would be very beneficial to have the submissions in Jotform to have handy
