There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list. Jotform will stop sending emails when your email address is on the bounce list.
High bounce rates can put the sending method at risk and bounce messages must be processed without exceptions. If you notice notifications are not coming through, your email address might be on the bounce list.
To remove your email from the bounce list
- Go to Account Settings.
- In the Bounce List section, select Check.
- Select Remove From Bounce List if your email address is on the bounce list.
You should now receive emails when someone submits your form. Configuring your email notifications to use your own SMTP is recommended if your email address is constantly being added to the bounce list. See How to Set Up SMTP to learn more.

Our email is on the bounce list, but I do not have a button to remove it. We've used Jotform for several years and never had a problem with receiving email notifications before, but on 6/6/24, we stopped receiving them.

Our primary shared user, grant@grantstreet.com, is not receiving emails from Jotform. I suspect this is because it was added to the bounce list because it was not an active email address prior to today. I cannot see whether this email is on your bounce list, as my account settings page does not match those in the screenshots above. Can you please check whether this email is on your bounce list and if so, remove it?

I understand that. But, when I go into my forms...there are submissions there...but I am still not receiving emails that all of them were submitted. There's maybe 2 guys that I get emails from.
I checked the "bounced" emails, their not included.
