How to integrate Google Forms with Slack

  1. Click the Test trigger button to test this connection. This will pull a response from your form into Slack.

  1. Select the response you want to use, then click the Continue with selected record button.

  2. Choose the Action event that best suits your needs.
  3. Connect your Slack account to the Zap. Then click Continue.
