Last name is not passed onto Zapier data.

J'ai intégré un champ nom dans une popup Learny box qui renvoi vers mon formulaire Jotform et lors de l'zautomatisation avec Zapier, le prénom et le mail remonte bien mais le nom ne remonte pas. Pouvez-vous m'indiquer si il s'agit d'un bug ou bien d'une mauvaise manipulation de ma part svp ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and saw that you're using two separate Short Text elements of fields for the first name and last name. Check out the screencast below:

I suggest you use Full Name element instead, so both the first and last name will be mapped in one single field? Here's how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left corner.
2. Drag and drop Full Name onto your form.

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
