Bonjour,
J'ai un petit problème d'accessibilité avec mon formulaire "Propositions de séjour en suisse 2025".
Que dois-je faire. C'est la première fois que ça arrive.
Merci

Hi Valrando,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
I understand how frustrating this is for you. Now, let me help you with your question. and I’ll do my best to help you. When you enable the Form Accessibility option in your form, the Form Builder's built-in accessibility checker will scan your form for any accessibility issues and notify you if any are found. When you update your form, the scanning works.
If you are satisfied with the output of your form, you can disable the Form Accessibility. Let me show you how:
- Navigate to the Form Builder's Settings tab.
- On the left side, with Form Settings selected, click Show More Options.
- Look for Form Accessibility at the bottom of the page.
- Select Disabled from the drop-down menu.
We also have a guide about How To Fix Accessibility Error and it's Frequently Asked Questions that you can check.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
