Bonjour, je viens de remplir un formulaire sur votre site pour la vente d’un client sur le site Leboncoin. Pouvez-vous me confirmer si c’est une arnaque ou si c’est bien un formulaire de chez vous?

    Hi Fragnet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. We want to assure you that Jotform is not participating in this conduct. We supply a Form Builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes. Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you?

Here are some guidelines to help you avoid scams:

    • Never fill out a form from an anonymous contact, an unknown organization, or a company with no website or legitimate presence.
    • Never pay money to get employment
    • Never provide critical information such as your SSN, banking information, or driver’s license numbers or pictures to such suspicious contacts.

Additionally, it would be best to contact your bank right away to hold the payment, while we check the validity of the form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
