Bonjour,
Cordialement,
Yann

Hi Yann,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, I'll help you with your question. If I understand correctly, you want to prefill the table to the form. If this is the case, you can check out our Table Prefill feature. Prefilling your form using the submission data from another Table to your form is simple. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Table Prefill.
- Select the Table that you want to prefill from, then choose the fields you want to take data from.
- Click on Save Settings
5. Next, click the Add a New Prefill button.
6. Select the entries to prefill your form then click Create.
Once you complete it and click the link, you'll notice that the Center number and Name are already filled in, as shown on my prefill form:
We also have a guide about Jotform Prefill that you can check out.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Good afternoon.
The solution you gave me is about prefilling listbox in my form from tables created in jotform.
Actually, what I'm trying to do is prefilling Matrix fields from one form to another, as I'm often using matrixes in my forms :
this one for example.
One created form would be use for creating templates. the other one for final form, getting fields and matrix datas from template form.
Would you have a way to do this? because prefilling seems to work with fields but not with matrixes?

Hi Yann,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you want to be able to prefill Input Table elements. Unfortunately, the Input Table element is not supported. Prefill only supports the following fields listed below:
- Full Name
- Address
- Short Text
- Long Text
- Fill in the Blank
- Phone
- Number
- Date Picker
- Time
- Dropdown
- Single Choice
- Multiple Choice
- Scale Rating
- Spinner
You can check out this guide on What is Jotform Prefill and How Does it Work? for more information.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
