Facebook Sign-in not working

    Bonjour

    Je me connectais avec mon compte Facebook mais je vois que je n’ai plus cette option. Comment puis-je me connecter avec mon compte Facebook svp pour retrouver mes contrats merci Sébastien Marc Victor Antz

    PS: je crois que le mail du compte Facebook est le capimoveis@me.com

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Currently, there is an issue with the Facebook signup/login flow on the Facebook side. Kindly try the “Forgot Password” so you can still login to your account. Please check the guide about How to Reset Your Jotform Password.
