Bonjour,
Depuis samedi nous avons un problème avec le jour de naissance sur nos formulaires : https://form.jotform.com/230962542320853
En effet, nos clients ne peuvent pas remplir le jour de naissance, il disparait immédiatement après le remplissage.
Cela les empêche de valider le formulaire...
Pouvez-vous nous dire si ce problème va persister svp

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand the Birth of Date Picker field is not letting your users submit the form because it goes away immediately after filling it in, correct? I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:
After checking your form directly, I could replicate the issue there. There was an easy fix for this, we just needed to clear your form cache. Check out the results on your form at the moment:
