Bonjour
question 1 : peux t'on ajouter un bouton ajouter au panier sur les formulaires de vente en ligne?
question 2 : j'ai intégrer un iframe d'un formulaire dans un editeur de site limite a 10 000 px de hauteur, en version mobile le scroll se bloque et il faut scroller à l'intérieur du formulaire ce qui n'est pas ergonomique, est ce qu'il y a une solution en mettant du code pour régler cela?
L ia de l'éditeur m'a propose cela :
```css iframe { width: 1px; largeur minimale : 100 % ; *largeur : 100 % ; hauteur : automatique ; bordure : aucune ; } ```
Qu'en pensez vous ?
Merci
Bien cordialement
Hi DigiCoppeConsulting,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don't have an add-to-cart feature available for our standard payment forms. However, you can use our App Builder to create a product list there and have an add-to-cart option. Let me show you how to do it:
- Go to My Apps page.
- Click on the Create App button available in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Build Store.
- You'll now be redirected to App Builder, where you can add additional elements to the app from the Form Element window on the left.
- Now, add the payment method to the form to collect payments from customers.
You might also want to check out our Store Builder page to get more details about how to manage your store builder.
To address each question separately, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Merci pour votre retour
j avais déjà vu cette possibilité mais je ne comprends pas précisément la différence entre les formulaires et les applications ?
ce sont des applis à mettre sur Apple Store par exemple ou cela n a rien à voir ?
Merci
Hi DigiCoppeConsulting,
Thanks for getting back to us. The apps created via Jotform have nothing to do with the App Store in order to access it via mobile device. You can add the app to the home screen of the device though compared to forms which are mostly accessed using a browser. Let me show you how to add the app to the home screen:
- On the web browser (Safari), click the Share Icon at the bottom.
- Select Add Home Screen from the options.
Reach out to us again if you have more questions.
