    Bonjour nous avons une solution pour entreprise https://allgaier-group.jotform.com/login , mon compte est bloqué , pourriez vous le débloquer svp ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. It seems that you’ve created a ticket for our Regular Jotform Support, but because you have an Enterprise account, we have a dedicated Enterprise Support Team to help you.     Hi Tony,

    Thanks for reaching out. I've unlocked your account, can you try completely clearing your browser cache and cookies and using an incognito/private browser session and see if you can log in then? Do also note that any admin on your server can also unlock accounts through the admin console should this happen again.

    Give this a try and let us know if you're still experiencing issues logging in.

    We tried to unlock the account with an other admin accound it doesnt work . Thanks for your support Jot Team :-)
