How to create quiz with the grades?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can create a quiz form that can show a grade to your form fillers. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In the form Builder, add your question elements of the questions. For demo purposes, I've added the single-choice element.
2. Click on the blank gear icon in the single-choice questions to open the properties.
3. Go to the option tab.
4. Enable the calculation values.
5. Set the correct answers to 1.
6. Next, add the Form Calculator widget.
7. Click on the Wand icon.
8. Add the following calculation to the field:.
9. To sum up the calculation, select Add Field in the blue color button and keep adding the questions.
10. Now, add the paragraph field to show the total correct answers.
11. Click on the Form Field option and choose the total correct field. It should be in the curly bracket.
