bonjour, j'aimerais changer mon email de connection pour mon compte. présentement mon email est info@courtiernexo.ca mais je veut le changer pour info@groupenexo.ca. j'ai supprimer le compte qui était associer au deuxième email mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas pour changer l'email.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that even if the account is deleted, it will take 30 days for the email to be deleted completely from our system. What we can do is reinstate the deleted account, you can log in to it and change the email to something else so you can use it on your current account.
