Submissions not synched to Google sheets

Bonjour,

L'intégration de certaines soumissions ne fonctionnent pas et je ne sais pas d'où ça vient. Avant j'avais bien toutes les soumissions mais plus maintenant.

J'ai essayé de supprimer le lien et de le remettre en indiquant bien remettre les soumissions existantes et ça n'a pas fonctionné alors que j'ai 702 soumissions.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've manually pushed the missing submissions into your sheets. Can you please try checking it again to confirm if the missing submissions are now showing there? If the same thing happens again, please try removing the integration and adding a new one to resolve the issue. Let me show you how to do it: 

1. In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
2. Under the Integrations tab, select Google Sheets.
3. On the next screen, click the Remove Integration button.

After that, connect your integration again by following this guide.

J'ai fait quelques test et ça à l'air de fonctionner. Pourquoi est-ce que ça s'est déconnecté comme ça?

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems like there was a temporary issue with connecting to Google Sheets, this is why some submissions were affected. Please note that changes made to the form and Google Sheets will affect the integration.
