    Bonsoir,

    J'ai une autre question : je suis actuellement en formule bronze et je souhaite potentiellement passer en formule argent. Comment et quand puis-je effectuer cette mise à niveau sachant que mon abonnement se termine ce mois-ci ? Comment éviter de payer à la fois l'abonnement bronze et celui pour la formule argent ?

    Urgent je dois publier les billets demain soir !

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Changing your subscription plan is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on the profile avatar in the top right of the Jotform window.

    3. Select the Billing tab.

    7. Click Continue to finish checking out.

    I know how to change plans. I wanted to know when the bronze plan from the previous month ends? and when to upgrade without paying for a bronze plan again?

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your account and can see that your Bronze monthly plan is set to renew on December 06, 2023. If you upgrade your plan before the renewal date, the amount equivalent to the unused time from your Bronze monthly plan will be deducted from the amount of the Silver plan. If you want to finish the Bronze plan you paid for before upgrading to Silver, I suggest canceling the subscription in your Account Settings. This will stop the auto-renewal of your Bronze plan. The subscription will automatically downgrade back to Free at the end of the billing cycle which is on December 06, 2023. You can then upgrade to Silver by then.
