J'aimerais créer un formulaire de sondage qui mène vers différentes options. Par exemple :
1) Êtes-vous un adulte ou un enfant?
ADULTE - Question 1 à 9
ENFANT - Question 10 à 16

Now, let me help you with your question. You can easily achieve this by using the show hide conditional logic, you can easily show hide fields using user answer response. You can check this guide about How to Show or Hide Fields Based on User's Answer.

Go to the Conditions section in Form Builder Settings tab

Add the show hide conditional logic

IF: 8. Are you child or Adult

STATE: Is Equal To

VALUE: Adult

DO:Hide Multiple

FIELD: Select multiple fields you want to hide

Similarly, you can add another conditions to show the fields for child option.
