The old page title is showing on the new version of the form.

Sauf que lorsque je le partage il prend le titre du formulaire d'origine que j'ai dupliqué "Formulaire d'inscription Activités La Main Verte - VIP Services SBH" et je n'arrive pas à trouver ou modifier cela.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can change that by updating your form's page title. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Form Settings on the left side of the screen, and click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, update the Page Title.
