Embedded Form: Widgets are not working on my webpage

Bonjour, j'essaie d'ajouter à la fin du formulaire une case à cocher pour accepter les conditions générales. Tout fonctionne bien sur Jotform, mais une fois intégré en HTML sur wordpress rien ne se passe.

De plus, je vois que la case date windget ne fonctionne pas non plus. Aucun windget ne fonctionnent ?

Can you share with us the link to your webpage so we can take a look at it? Also, if you're not using the iFrame embed code, we advise you to try to use this instead. Since your form is called inside an iFrame, the chances of script conflicts occurring on your page are kept to a minimum. Let me show you how to get your form's iFrame code:

1. In your Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
2. Select Embed on the left.
3. Choose iFrame, and copy the code.

Paste the code inside your website’s body tag. Or if you’re using a content management system (CMS), look for tools available in its editor for displaying custom HTML and use them to embed your form into your website.
