Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Cancelling your subscription is easy, let me show you how to do it:
- On My Forms, click on your Profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Next, in the drop-down menu, click on Settings.
- In the left column, click on the Billing tab.
- Under My Plan, click on Change Plan.
- Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Free Plan.
- There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
