PayPal Business Integrations not working.

    Nous éprouvons un problème pour les paiements avec notre formulaire - ASP construction.


    Nos clients reçoivent un message d'erreur. voir la pièce jointe.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked your form and noticed the PayPal integration is connected in your form. Can you please provide the screenshot of the error user encountered, I could not see the error you posted? You can check the guide about How to post screenshot on this support forum.

    Can you also try to disconnect PayPal business account and then reconnect it and check

    • Go to the Payment field in Form Builder
    • Click on wand icon to open payment settings
    • Click on gear icon in right payment settings
    • Click on arrow to disconnect the Payment connection
    • Reconnect it with PayPal business account
    • Click on Continue button to save changes

    Merci pour le suivi.

    Par contre, les paiements ne fonctionnent toujours pas même après vos recommandations. Nous avons déconnecté le paiement et nous avons reconnecté le tout.

    Pourriez-vous remédier à la situation rapidement?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form again, and could see that you've reconnected PayPal Business successfully. I also could not replicate any issue with the Integration on your actual form. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, get back to us on this thread with a screenshot of the error. It would really be helpful as it would give us a better idea of what's going on, and how we can help.

    Hi info34_info117_info,

    Thanks for providing the screenshot. OrderId error appears when the payment gateway account is not active or the integration is not connected. I cloned your form on my end again and tested it I can not replicate the issue. You can check the screencast of my test result below:

    Also, have you embedded the form on your website. Or are you testing it on live Jotform form URL? Can you please make sure that you PayPal account is active, and it is a business account. For PayPal business integration please make sure PayPal account is business. If form is embedded can you share the live website URL with form on it?

    Le problème provient-il de notre compte Paypal ou d'ailleur?

    Le compte de paiement est un compte Business et il est bien connecté. Votre collègue nous l'a confirmé dans les précédents échanges.

    Nous utilisons le formulaire avec un lien HTML connecté à votre site web.


    Dans l'attente de vos nouvelles.

    Hi Joany,

    Thanks for providing the embed form URL. I checked and noticed in your website form is embedded using the direct script code. Can you please embed the form using the Iframe embed code and check? You can check this guide about Getting Your Form's iFrame Code. Iframe resolved most of the issues.

    • Go to Publish tab in Form Builder
    • Under embed section, select Iframe option
    • Copy the code and replace in your website with current script code
