Hi Philippe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To be able to achieve that, we can hide the row (which is the Question1), and position the image you put on the Input Table. Here's what is going to look like:
To hide the row and position the image, delete the CSS code currently in your form and paste this code instead:
div#cid_15 th.form-matrix-th{
background-size: contain;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-image: url(http://www.hepl.ch/ressources-externes/jotform/jotform_pgy_receive.png);
background-size: 116px;
background-position-x: 40%;
background-position-y: 40%;
}
th.form-matrix-headers.form-matrix-row-headers {
visibility: hidden;
}
Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, click on the Form Designer.
- Then, go to the Styles tab.
- Scroll down to Inject Custom CSS and paste the code.
That's it. Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.

That is exactly the same result as I did. Instead, is it possible to have text and not an image ?

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for getting back to us. I apologize for the confusion on what you are trying to achieve on your form. Can you share with us a video recording explaining the problem, pointing to the fields in question, and what you are trying to achieve on your form? You can use Loom as your screen recorder and paste the link here so we can watch it.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for getting back to us. My colleague has forwarded your concern to our technical team. That is why it is marked as answered. I also checked your form and screencast, and it appears that it is already configured in the way you prefer. Check out my screenshot below:
If that is not what you are looking for, you will need to wait for a response from our technical team.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Thank you, but I'd like to avoid using an image so that it's cleaner (e.g. same font, aligned text...) and that's how it looks like now: https://eu.jotform.com/build/233172385142957...
so I'm waiting for some suggestions from your technical support.
Thank you

Hi Philippe,
There is no option to add a text on the first column. If we use the CSS content, it is not possible to format the text as shown in the screenshot.
I would suggest using the image and then use CSS codes to remove the background color and borders of the Input Table as shown in the screenshot.
Please inject the provided CSS code.
/*Remove Input Table background color and borders - 9481521*/
.form-matrix-headers,
.form-matrix-column-headers,
.form-matrix-table,
.form-matrix-values {
background-color: #ffffff !important;
border-color: #ffffff !important;
border: 0 !important;
}
/*Code ends here*/
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
