Can I limit to one per customer the use of the Coupon Code in the Product List element?

    Bonjour,

    Comment programme t'on les codes promo pour qu'il puisse être utilisé une seul fois par client


    En mettant un nombre d'utilisation maximum ? ou le nombre de fois ou le client peut utiliser le code promo est par défaut de1 ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Jotform payment forms can use Coupon Codes in the Product List element. You can set the Coupon Limit as follows:

    • By Number of uses: You can limit how many times a coupon can be used by any user. It is not limited to per user.
    • By expiration date: The coupon code can be used any number of times until the expiration date you have set.

    In response to your questions, no, you cannot restrict the coupon code that can be used once per customer, and if you specify the maximum number of uses a coupon can be used, for instance, 5, only a total of 5 times can the coupon be entered into the form to receive the discount.

    Donc si je comprend bien la traduction un client peut utiliser un code promo autant de fois qui le veut sauf si pour chaque code promo je met une utilisation dans les paramètre c'est bien ca ?

    Est ce qu'il y a une limite de nombre de code promos que l'on peut créer ?

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can set the limit of the usage of a coupon to None, By number of uses, or by Expiration date. There is no restriction on how many coupon codes you may create for payment integration.

    il n'est pas possible d'avoir une seul utilisation d'un code promo pour un seul client en créant une condition non plus?


    Est ce quelque chose qui va être développé ?

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    A possible workaround is to utilize the Unique Field feature, which allows you to set limits based on an answer from a specific field. For example, accept unique email addresses or prevent someone from submitting the same data on a Short Text Entry element.
