Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to add the Remarks Paragraph Element in your PDF Document. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the PDF Document template wasn't configured correctly. You just need to add the Paragraph Element that is missing in the template. Let me show you how to fix it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the downward arrow icon next to the Form Builder label at the upper-left part of the page.
2. Select the PDF Editor option from the dropdown.
3. In the PDF Editor, select the PDF Document tab and click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
4. Click on the Form Fields tab.
5. Select the Remarques field and drag it into the PDF template.
You should see the Remarques field in the PDF document after applying this change.
