    Je n'arrive plus à me connecter à mon compte rattaché à l'adresse mail suivante...

    Je souhaiterais accèder à mes questionnaires archivées et c'est impossible.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it was suspended because it has been suspected to offer fake services. We understand that this might not be the case on your end, but to follow security protocols, we will need to delete your 'CLAAS' form. If you do not want to delete this, please provide the following details:

    1. The URL where your form is used.
    2. Documents that will support your claim.
    3. Website, or proof of affiliation with legitimate institutions.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with the Thread #9394001 as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of their account.
