Bonjour,
j'aimerais avoir un saut de ligne dans les étiquettes de manière à pouvoir reproduire exactement ceci:
http://ryanomurphy.com/styled-2/downloads/files/random_slider2_french.pdf

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry for the delay. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. Now, let me help you with your question.
It is possible to add a slider option to your form, and our Fancy Range Slider might be the closest to suit what you are looking for. Please find the demo of this widget here.
Adding this widget to your form is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element+ on the left side of your screen.
- Click on Widget tab.
- In Search Bar, type "Fancy Range Slider".
- Click or drag it to your form to add it.
- The widget setting will appear on the right-side of your screen. You can adjust it to your preferences.
About your second question, let me help you in a different ticket to avoid confusion with the first question. You can find the ticket here.
Let us know if you have any questions about the slider.

Hello,
thank you for your answer. However, I would like to get the exact same prensentation as in other research: only one slider with two different lines.
In an simple version with button, this looks like
I have almost done it but the insctruction is not correctly presented:

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your files and the form but I was not able to see exactly which part is not correctly presented. Check out the screenshot below:
Can you specify a bit more about which part you'd like to edit, so I can get a better idea of this? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

"You Receive -- Other Recieve" is an image implemented with csv and I would like to put text directly in the fileld with "Vous donnez | | Vous recevez".

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand you correctly, you want to put a text field in the Input table (Vous donnez | | Vous recevez), is that correct? If yes, you can change the input type to Multi-type columns to add a text field. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, select the Input Table and click on the gear icon to open its properties.
- Then, go to the Fields tab and change the Input Type to Multi-type columns.
- Add the text you want, and select Textbox in the Column Types.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? As suggested by Bella, you can send us a screenshot so you can better elaborate on your requirement. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
