choix par priorité

Bonjour, je souhaite pouvoir proposer un choix entre plusieurs destinations de voyage et que la personne réponde en numérotant ses choix par priorité ("1" pour le choix prioritaire et "2" pour le choix secondaire ) Il y a t'il un élément qui peut faire cela ? Merci pour votre aide

Now, let me help you with your question. You may try Orderable Widget. You can create a predefined list of options that users can reorder within your form by dragging and dropping. Let me show you how it's done:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, add the Orderable List widget into your form.
• Add the values on the List Items field. Click Update Widget.
