Please note that it isn't possible to store/retain credit card information in the form submissions as payments are all processed by the payment integration used.

Hi MaevaSports,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you contacted Stripe to find out if there's a way to save card information. But Jotform's goal is not to leave any trace of this payment information for security reasons. We don't even process the payment, and to make sure that payment is safe and secured, we have this integration where we send the amount information to the payment processor and it will be up to them to process the payment. The transaction by then will be between the customer and the payment processor alone.
With that being said, if Stripe doesn't have the ability or feature to save the payment information on every payment, it won't be possible for Jotform to save it. Visit our Terms Of Use here for other information.
