Bonsoir,
notre organisation a créé un formulaire Jotform de candidature pour le recrutement à la "maison mère". Nous souhaitons utiliser le même formulaire, mais pour chaque filiale : mêmes rubriques, mais l'adresse de réception des réponses et le titre du formulaire seraient différents.
Est-ce possible ? Je suppose que oui, mais étant novice, je me renseigne...

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can easily clone the existing forms of your main enterprise and then change the Notification Email reception and the title of these cloned forms. Let me show you how you do it:
- Go to the My Forms Page and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.
- Select Import Form then choose From a web page option and Paste the form’s URL in the Enter URL field.

- Click on Create Form.
- Update your new cloned Form Title at the top of the page in the Form Builder.
Now, you will need to change the Recipient of the Notification Emails, let me show you how to do it:
- Go to the Settings tab in the Form Builder.
- Click Emails on the left.
- Hover your mouse over the Email Notification template and click the edit (pencil) icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab.
- Here you can change the Recipient Email or add more emails.
- Click Save to save your changes.
