Impossible de réinitialiser le mot de passe

Bonjour,

Actuellement je me connecte à mon compte jotform avec Google, mais j'aimerais aussi avoir un accès avec simple identifiant + mot de passe. Je suis donc allé sur "Réinitialiser le mot de passe" pour en configurer un, mais en cliquant sur le lien dans l'e-mail que je reçois, je ne peux pas en configurer un nouveau (j'ai juste la barre latérale jotform qui s'affiche mais pas de champ de saisi).

Now, let me help you with your question. You can switch from Google login to the regular username and password login by setting up a Jotform password using the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page. It's easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. Open the Login page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter your username or email, then click Send Reset Instructions.
3. Check your email for the password reset email.
4. Click the Reset Password button provided in the email.
5. Enter your new password, then click the Create a New Password button.
