Conditional Logic Issue Inquiry

Nous avons créé des formulaires avec des logiques conditionnelles et nous constatons des bugs sur restitutions des conditions.

Nous souhaitons avoir l'aide de l'équipe support en visio conférence pour expliquer la problématique, est-ce possible ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Can you explain a bit more about the conditions so we can help you with it? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. You can also record your screen about the conditions that are having the issues using Loom then share it with us so that we can check.

 Can you also send me the link to the form that is having the issue so I can take a look at it for you? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Quick Share on the left side of the screen.
3. Click the Copy Link button then share the copied URL with us.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
