Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You're getting a 404 error when trying to access the uploaded file without logging in to your account because there is an enabled restriction from your account that prevents you from doing this. Let me show you how to disable the restriction:
- Hover over to your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
- On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
- Under the Security tab, untick the Checkbox next to Require log-in to view uploaded files.
That's it! You should now be able to view the uploaded files directly from your email without logging in to your Jotform account.
