How to view submissions?

Bonjour,

j'ai créé un formulaire, que j'ai posté sur Linkedin, il y a environ 1 semaine.

Le problème, c'est que votre site me dit qu'il n'y a aucune soumission qui on été faites depuis. Alors que je sais qu'il y en a eu.

J'ai besoin d'un suivi des réponses à ce formulaire, de toute urgence.

Comment je peux faire ?

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

Keep in mind that when someone fills out and submits your form, you will get a notification email if you have set up one. Or there is an email field on your form. Bonjour Mélanie,

Merci pour cette précision. Il se trouve que vous avez supprimé, sinon omis le bouton qui permet aux postulants de soumettre leur candidature, bouton qui devrait figurer en bas à droite de la dernière page, où seul le bouton précédent apparaît, comme le montre la copie d'écran ci-dessous.

De ce fait, aucune donnée ou soumission ne peut être transmise depuis le navigateur du postulant vers nos serveurs, il est donc normal que vous n'ayez encore reçu aucune soumission.

Pour ajouter le bouton pour permettre de soumettre la candidature, autrement dit les données saisies, c'est facile,

1. Allez à la page Créer du Générateur du formulaire.
2. Cliquez sur le bouton + Ajouter un élément sur la gauche.
3. Sélectionnez l'élément Soumission dans le menu des éléments du formulaire.

Pour change le texte du bouton Soumission,

1. Sélectionner le champ Soumission et cliquez sur l'icône d'engrenage.
2. Dans l'onglet de droite Propriétés du bouton Envoyer, entrez le texte de votre choix.

C'est tout. Les postulants peuvent maintenant soumettre et, vous, consulter leurs soumissions en cliquant sur le bouton Soumission.

Par ailleurs, je vous invite à revoir le texte de cette dernière page, les postulants étant redirigés vers la page de remerciement dès qu'ils ont cliqué sur ce bouton, ce qui confirme explicitement que leur soumission a bien été faite. Ce guide vous montre comment configurer cette page.
