Bonjour,
Gabriel

Hi Claire,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. It looks like you have embedded your form into your website. Could you share with us the link to your website where the form is embedded so that we can check it out and create the appropriate CSS code for it?
As for your other concern, to avoid confusion, I have moved it to this thread.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Claire,
Thanks for getting back to us. I accessed the link that you have provided, and it looks like I can't open it as shown in the screenshot.
Are you using the default embed code? If yes, could you try using the iframe embed code and adjust its height? Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Click on Embed on the left side of the screen.
- Select Iframe and click on Copy Code.
- Update the height on the Iframe attributes.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Christopher,
Yes it's working but i have the message of jotform under the form.
Is it possible to take it of ? And for typeface do you have the proxima nova ?
I'm asking a lot of questions because i'm doing some test and if it works well we will take a subscription :)

Hi Claire,
Thanks for getting back to us. Only Jotform users with a paid subscription can remove the Jotform Branding forms. You can upgrade your account on your Jotform Account Settings page on your computer, because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile application. Let me walk you through it:
- Open your My Forms page and hover your mouse over your Profile Picture/Avatar on the right side of the page.
- In the little window that opens up, click on Account Settings.
- Once in Account Settings, scroll down to the Jotform Branding section.
- Click on Upgrade Account.
- Choose one of the paid subscriptions and upgrade your account.
That's it. For the font, you can check out this guide on how to change fonts.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi,
I've checked the guide on how to change fonts but i don't see the typeface "proxima nova". Is it be possible to add it on the list ? If not, it's fine i will use another typeface.
Thanks for the help !

Hi Claire,
Thanks for using Jotform. Unfortunately, the font family you mentioned isn't available at Jotform right now. However, you can easily add the font family of your choosing via Custom CSS. Let me help you do it:
- Go to Google Fonts and search for the font you're looking to add to your form.
- After that, click on the font you want and then scroll down to the Styles section and select a style by clicking on the Plus icon.
- Then, click on the Bag icon at the top right corner of the page. In the Selected Family panel, under the Use on the Web option, select @import and copy the import part.
- Then, go to your form and then click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page. Under the Styles tab, scroll down to Inject Custom CSS part and then add the code you copied earlier.
- After that, go back to Google Fonts and copy the code under the CSS Rules to Specify Families option. Then, add it to your Custom CSS field. It should look like the code below:
* { font-family: 'Fjalla One', sans-serif; }
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
