    Bonjour! J'aimerais comprendre pourquoi mon espace de stockage est plein alors que j'ai 2 formulaires simples seulement et aucune soumission dans mes boîtes de réception?

    Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, you are asking about the Overlimit status of your account. This usually happens when you receive an uploaded file on your form and the file size exceeds the Upload Space Limit of your Starter account which is 100MB.

    I checked your account and can see that you have already deleted uploaded and it is now at 0.00 MB. I have re-calculated the Upload Space of your account and it is now re-activated. I have also cleared your form cache to refresh the status of your forms.

    To avoid this issue, I suggest limiting the file size that the form users can upload on your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the File Upload field and click the Gear icon.
