    Est-ce qu'il se peut qu'il y ait deux comptes avec l'adresse : medugas@alliancesportetudes.ca ?

    Nous avons un compte payant avec plusieurs formulaires, mais je ne suis plus capable de me connecter.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Keep in mind that it is not possible for 2 accounts to have the same email address. Each account should have 1 unique email address.

    When I checked the email address you mentioned above, I saw that this email address is associated with an account is that currently Suspended due to a blocked credit card. Please allow me some time to investigate this, and I will get back to you with an update.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I received an update from the Billing Team that your account has been re-activated. Please try upgrading your account using a different credit card.
