ActiveCampaign Integration, no offer is created

Bonjour,

J'ai intégré mon formulaire à notre CRM Active Campaign en sélectant l'option de créer une offre suite à un formulaire rempli. Le problème est que l'offre ne se crée pas dans Active Campaign meme si le formulaire est approuvé. Pouvez-vous m'aider?

J'ai bien suivi les étapes décrites dans le guide. Je sais que l'intégration fonctionne puisque si j'ajoute l'option de créer un contact cela fonctionne. Mais pas pour créer une offre.
