Bonjour
Comment pouvons nous échanger facilement des info confidentielles+ documents avec des candidats "non employés" de la compagnie et garantir la confidentialité.
Pour nos employés, comment pouvons nous mettre à leur disposition un banque de formulaires. Les formulaires doivent être confidentiels i.e. que seulement la personne qui le soumet peut le visualiser en plus de la personne en charge évidemment.
Ou trouver la documentation expliquant les possibilités ?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. For non employees, you can add a password to the form. This means that people you send the form link to can only access your form after they enter the password that you share with them. Setting it up is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and click on Show More Options.
- Next, scroll down to Password Protection, and put a check in the box next to it.
- Now, enter the password that you want to use and that’s it. You’re done.
Now, anyone who wants to access your form will have to enter the password you gave them:
As for Employees, you can create an App and add all your forms there and only allow company access. You can find more information in our guide on How to Share Jotform Apps.
