    Hi ABIOXIR,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sorry for having trouble with this. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked your account, I could see that you have enabled the require login to view uploaded files, which means that you'll need to log in to your Jotform account to view the files. Also, note that you should log in to the same browser where you open your email account. For example, if you have a Gmail account, you should log in to Jotform in Google Chrome. If you're using your Outlook, you'll need to log in to Microsoft Edge.

Give it a try, and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi richard361970,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After looking over your account, I discovered that the option to see uploaded files requires logging in is already disabled. You could be able to view the uploads by now. If the same issue still persists, please use the desktop version of Jotform to make this update, as the mobile app does not currently support it. Let me show you how:

    • Click on your Avatar in My Form, which is situated in the top right corner of the screen.
    • Select Settings.file that cannot be downloaded Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10

    • Select Security.
    • Go to the Security tab.
    • In the Privacy section, uncheck the option next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.file that cannot be downloaded Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 21

And that's it! You may now view and download the image you uploaded without logging in.

Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
