    Elle héberge tous nos formulaires qui sont maintenant inaccessible !!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    If you believe that your colleague's account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • To avoid having our phishing detector flag you once more, change your registered email to a corporate one.
