Pointage des informations saisi vers un autre formulaire Pdf

J'ai plusieurs clients qui demandent la possibilité de pointer des informations saisi sur un formulaire externe (ou un formulaire de Jotform) vers un autre formulaire déjà prêt ( voir ci joint le formulaire de destination )

If so, yes, this is possible by redirecting the form filler with query parameters to the target form after submitting the source form. Thanks for getting back to us. We're unable to view the content of the PDF on that page. Take a screenshot instead of the PDF content and include the screenshot in your reply. This guide will show you how to add a screenshot in your reply:

1. Click the Add Image icon.
2. A. Paste the Image URL.
   B. Click Drop an Image or click to select to upload the image from your computer.
3. Click the Add button to include the image in your reply.

Here is the screenshot, it is a pdf with the validation option (like on the immigration forms, which generates a QR code after filling in all the fields, but we want customers to just fill in part of the form without seeing the original form ''see screenshot'')

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, do you want to prepopulate that form with data from a Jotform form? If so, I'm afraid that's not possible. You can redirect the users to an external page or direct them to that PDF form after they filled out a Jotform form. But there's no option to prefill the PDF form with submission data from Jotform. If that's not what you're looking for, can you explain a bit more, so we can get a better idea of your work flow?
