    Bonjour,


    Je viens de régler une facture alors qu'en fait je voulais supprimer le service !

    En effet, je n'en ai plus besoin car je passe par un logiciel de gestion des formations qui permet de créer des questionnaires à volonté.

    Comment puis-je annuler ce règlement et être remboursée ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've canceled your subscription and issued a refund. The refunded amount should appear on your end in the next 5-8 working days. Your account is back on the Starter plan.
