j'ai lu beaucoup d'articles mais je n'arrive pas à créer un formulaire remplissable par 2 personnes differentes.

Like, if the internal member will fill out the form before sending it to a specific form filler? If this is what would you like to achieve, you can create a manual prefilled form, where you can fill out the fields and then it will generate a specific link to the form filler.
