Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, multiple users can access your form at the same time. Are you asking if User A can complete the first half of the form and User B can complete the second half at the same time? If so, that isn't possible.

• You can add the Get Form Page URL widget to your form and then set all fields for User B to be hidden.

• Add a new email notification that will send an email to Section B when the form is filled out by the user.
• Enable the {edit_link} tag.

• Create a condition wherein when the Get Form Page URL contains the word Edit, the fields for User B will show once the form is edited.

They just need to click on the Edit Link to complete the form.
