Disfonctionnement du duplicate date.

Bonjour,

J'ai inséré un champ date dans mon formulaire, Mode LITE OFF, donc date avec une case pour le jour, une pour le mois et une pour l'année.

Cette date doit apparaitre à trois endroits sur les deux pages du document final. Le champ a été dupliqué mais lors de la soumission les cases copiées reste vide.

Now, let me help you with your question. After checking your form, I have cloned your form to try and replicate the issue you are having but I wasn't able to.

As you can see in the screenshot above, I was able to show the date I entered on the cloned form. Can you please give us more information on what's happening on your end so we can have a better understanding of what the situation is? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
