Bonjour, je vous écris à propos de l'intégration de moyen de paiement sur mes formulaires.
Les personnes à qui j'envoie mes formulaires n'arrivent pas à effectuer des paiements par carte bancaire, ça affiche un message d'erreur de transaction, ils y arrivent uniquement par PayPal. J'aimerais que vous puissiez m'aider à régler le problème.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the 'E-tasting Participants' form? Is this the form on which your form fillers are unable to make payments using the credit card field? If yes, then I suggest you disconnect from your PayPal integration and re-connect. It will refresh the integration.
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:
In my testing, I was able to submit the form using the credit card field details. I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Here is the guide you can refer to on how to integrate your PayPal business with Jotform.
