Now, let me help you with your issue. I checked your account, and you almost in your Upload Space limit, which is now 81.8 MB out of 100 MB for the Starter plan. Keep in mind that your account will be automatically suspended once you have reached this limit.
To free up upload space, you need to delete the submissions in your form with files uploaded in it. Please make sure to download your submission data and upload files to your local copy. You can check the following links below to download your file.
