Bonjour,
Bizarrement, les fichiers de ce formulaire ne nous sont pas envoyés par courriel, alors que je suis parti d'un autre formulaire pour créer celui-ci et que ça a toujours fonctionné (sur les autres formulaires actifs, on reçoit bien les fichiers PDF par courriel).
Merci de nous aider à résoudre ce problème, s'il vous plaît.

Thanks for getting back to us. Try to create a new Notification Email, if the current one is not attaching the PDF submission reports. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, and click on Settings.
- Select Emails, click the + Add email button and choose Notification Email.
- Then go to the Advanced tab, turn on Attach PDF and choose the PDF document you want to attach.
- Click on the Save button.
Send a test submission once you've created a new Notification Email. If you're still not seeing any PDF attachment on the email, let us know the submission ID of the submission that doesn't have an email attachment, so we can further check.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi,
I already tried that and it didn't work. And the thing is that we don't get an email at all, not only the attachment, but the email itself.
I tried what you suggest another time with my personal email, and it didn't work as well.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem, and I ran into the same problem. So, I created a ticket and forwarded it to our Developers.

Hi David,
The reason your email didn't go through is because it contained the word "Netflix" which was flagged as spam by us.
The title of one of your fields contains this word. You can edit the title of this field or the content of your emails.
