Bonjour,
dans mon formulaire j'étais en over quota
et malgré la suppression de photos je le suis toujours est ce normal svp ?
pourtant les niveaux on l'air au vert .

As a precaution, I let the system recalculate your usage again. Sometimes the system takes time to recalculate your usage and that's why it's not reflecting right after you apply changes, but I think that it is and it should be reflecting now. Can you check and confirm if your usage status is updated already?
