Bonjour,
Pouvez-vous me dire comment on fait pour enlever de l’espace, car présentement, mon espace disponible est atteint. Est-ce qu’il y a un moyen ?
J’ai regardé pour surclasser mais le minimum est 34 $ par mois, nous sommes une OSBL, alors vous comprendrez que nous n’avons pas les moyens. Je ne dis pas si ça avait été 5 $ par mois, hélas non.
J’ai supprimé des choses, mais ça dit que ça reste dans la corbeille pendant 30 jours, y-a-t’il un moyen de ne pas attendre 30 jours
Pouvez-vous m’aider svp?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that your account has reached the submission limit. You can free up some space in your Submission Limit by deleting and purging the submissions on the Submission Table. To back up these submissions, you can download the submissions and save them on your computer.
Also, if you are a Nonprofit Organization, you may apply for the Nonprofit Discount using this link. You will receive a response about the status of the application within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the application.

Hello,
I did delete 91 files that went in the trash, I then went in the trash and deleted them, but it didn't change a thing it didn't gave me more space.
Can you help me please.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you already reached your upload limits. Upon checking your account, you should delete the submissions that contain attachments. You can also download the attachment first, so you can have a backup. Here's the screenshot on how to do that:

Thanks for getting back to us. After you download the submission files, you can now delete and purge them in the submission table. Also, you can check the usage on your account. Let me show you how:
