Récupérer le lien de notre modèle de formulaire

Bonjour,

J'ai créé un formulaire et je l'ai ensuite publié en tant que modèle. Cependant, je n'arrive pas à la retrouver dans la liste des modèles existants.

Est-il possible de récupérer le lien permettant d'accéder à ce modèle puis de le rajouter dans nos formulaires ?

If perhaps you want to clone an existing form using the form URL into your Jotform account, here's how to do it:

1. Copy the URL of the form that you’d like to clone.
2. Go to My Forms and click the Create Form button in the upper-left corner.
   
3. Next, select Import Form.
   
4. Then, select the From a web page option and paste the form’s address in the Enter URL field.
5. Finally, select Create Form at the bottom.
